Ready to accomplish goals that feel great and exciting? My Art of Wellness Workshop is about finding creative ways to transform your health and make sustainable changes. Even if you’re unsure where to start on your wellness journey, this is the place for you! This workshop is here to help you create healthier changes you can grow into.

 

In this introduction workshop, you'll learn:

  • Creative and unique methods to wellness

  • Find what area(s) on your wellness path need nurturing

  • Discuss mindfulness techniques

  • Explore healthful eating without feeling overwhelmed

About the Instructor

Sitira is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Nutritionist and Sound Energy Practitioner. She is a graduate from Metropolitan State University with a degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition, with a focus in geriatrics and health disparities. She holds an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As a health and nutrition coach, she is passionate about empowering and helping individuals explore their wellness goals. She believes that even “small” changes can lead to a positive impact on your health. Her passion is to connect, collaborate and use innovative approaches to her sessions. Sitira specializes in health and wellness for older adults, behavioral changes for weight management, meal planning, plant-based diets, stress management, and mindfulness techniques. She enjoys experimenting with easy and delicious recipes, going for long walks, painting, and being creative.
